The Agreement
By accessing the RATNA digital atelier, you enter into a binding agreement with Ratna Atelier S.p.A. Our services are curated for individuals who appreciate artisanal excellence and respect the intellectual property of high-end craftsmanship. These terms govern your use of our platform, including bespoke orders and editorial content.
Intellectual Property
All visual content, including campaign photography, product silhouettes, and proprietary "Ratna Gold" finishes, are protected under international copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limited Edition Clauses
Items marked "Atelier Exclusive" are subject to specific acquisition limits. We reserve the right to decline orders that appear to be for commercial resale purposes.
Liability & Representation
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our editorial spreads, minor variations in texture and color are inherent to handmade luxury goods and do not constitute defects.
